Dear EPCS Parents:
As we continue to prepare for our upcoming school year, we would like to know how many parents would be interested in their child participating in our Afterschool program.
To obtain this information, we are asking you to complete a short survey by clicking the link below.
The Afterschool program is tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, September 20, 2021 and is held from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
The cost of the program per week will be:
$15.00 per day x 5 days per week x 1 child = $75.00
$14.00 per day x 5 days per week x 2 children = $140.00
$13.00 per day x 5 days per week x 3 children = $195.00
Payment for the first two weeks will be due at registration.
